when I came out here, I promised myself to keep in touch
that my friends from high school would always be my friends

I've only kept in touch with a select few
did I select them because they were closest to me? or because they were the only ones who truly cared?

have I changed?
or is it them that have changed?

WAHOO

so I randomly came across my blog again :D
and decided to write

COLLEGE ROCKS
my roommates are the coolest people in the world
classes aren't too hard
we don't have too much homework
we have to learn A LOT of big words though
we have a whole "grammar" class dedicated to big medical words
Wednesday nights are country night at The Shack
Thursday nights are for playing Mario Kart or Guitar Hero
Friday night is either movie night or go to The Shack
Saturday night The Shack isn't open, so we have to go to the Brunnie
last weekend was my birthday, and we took a taxi to the Brunnie at midnight
my friends sang happy birthday to me in the taxi :D
Matt made me do a tequila shot, it was gross
Hayleigh and Kristen are my heroes
if it wasn't for them I would be dead :P (well I wouldn't have made it home that night, that's for sure)
it took us 40 minutes to walk home.. it should have only taken 10 :S
tonight we are going to The Shack
even though I told Jarrod he wasn't allowed to go to the bar tonight
and we are going to the Brunnie tomorrow night 'cause Rob told us he had to go cause he was working tomorrow night

and this has been a super duper random post..

VOLLEYBALL IS THE GREATEST SPORT IN THE WORLD

I had such an amazing time this weekend :D

our first game on Saturday was at 8:30 am

our last game on Saturday was 8:40 pm

we played a total of 6 games on Saturday

our first game on Sunday was 8:45 am

we won that game and played again at 11

lost that one though

finished in 4th (out of 7 teams)

the tournament was to raise money for new playground equipment at the Forrest elem. school

met a ton of amazing new people

everyone, amazing at volleyball and super nice people

got made fun of for my mis-matched socks :) but it was all in good fun

can't WAIT to do it again!

I wish I was happy like everyone else..

Friday night went to see Juno - such an amazing movie!
